Injection Molding

Part Production:

We run 15 injection molding machines with capacities from 25-400 tons and shot sizes up to 64oz. This versatility allows our team to produce a wide range of high quality parts in small to very large volumes while keeping our lead-times as low a possible.

Insert & Overmolding:

We use both of these processes to combine components into a single finished product that can offer both improved part quality and performance as well as increased flexibility in product design.

Hot Stamping:

We use a hot metal die and a paint or foil transfer to imprint finished products with logos and product information.

Materials:

We most commonly run Polypropylene (PP), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), Polyamide (Nylon), High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Polycarbonate (PC), ABS + PC Blend, though we can run almost anything.
